SHIPPING TERMS AND INFORMATION
Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when your item ships. Once you get this email, you should expect to see your package within 5-7 business days.
Carrier
We ship all standard packages via UPS Ground and use freight services for larger items that UPS cannot accommodate. Because of this, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure prompt and successful delivery.
Items Not Received
In the rare event that you do not receive an item that is marked as “delivered,” please email TAGTDIOrders@truckgroup.com we can either locate the item or send you a new one.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us: TAGTDIOrders@truckgroup.com. We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item you ordered, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to TAGTDIOrders@truckgroup.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
Restocking Fees
All products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. LEER is not responsible for return shipping.
- Note: If the reason for return or exchange is due to an error made by LEER Group, the customer does not pay additional fees.
Examples for no-fee Returns
Defective product
- If you receive a defective item, let us know ASAP
Items ineligible for return
- The following items are not eligible to be returned:
- All customized products, including but not limited to fiberglass & aluminum truck caps and fiberglass tonneau covers
- Items that were delivered more than 30 days ago
- Items that have been installed
- Modified items (drilled or altered in any way)
