Map Policy & Online Reseller Agreement
In an effort to protect the reputation of Truck Accessories Group, LLC d/b/a LEER Group, ensure the long-term viability of its brands and protect the investment of those Retailers that provide valuable services to end users, LEER Group has adopted an Online Reseller Price Policy. The Policy applies to all products provided by LEER, Pace Edwards, BEDSLIDE, Century, Snugtop, and Statewide, as LEER Group companies.
As of May 31, 2025, only Authorized LEER Group retailers may sell LEER Group products online. To become an authorized online retailer, please complete & sign the LEER Authorized Online Reseller Agreement (below).
LEER Group Minimum Advertised Price Policy
The pricing files accessed through this site supersede those which may be provided through any other means and should be your ongoing resource for necessary updates. As an authorized retailer of our products, each retailer is responsible for updating and maintaining accurate pricing per the standards set forth within the LEER Group policy and within the files provided below.
